What are you going to do?

As a front- and back-office staff member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients
and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The position is for 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and can also be combined with the doctor’s assistant position.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling appointments and providing patient information
Managing telephone and digital patient contacts
Administrative tasks, such as maintaining files and processing data
Supporting the clinic in various back-office tasks, such as contacting suppliers

What do we expect from you?

You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
You have experience with Word and Excel.
You are flexible and can work well in a team.
You are presentable and have a professional appearance.
You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented.

What is an advantage?

An affinity with the medical and/or cosmetic industry is an advantage.
Experience in a similar position is desirable, but not required.
