The staff at ReSculpt Clinic do their utmost to provide you with high-quality, quality care and assistance. Nevertheless, you may not be completely satisfied with a treatment afterwards. We attach great importance to your comments or complaint. ReSculpt Clinic naturally finds it important that you are completely satisfied, in addition, your feedback offers the opportunity to improve our care.

Here is what you can do with your complaint or comments.

Submit to your health care provider

If you are not completely satisfied with a treatment, it is advisable not to dwell on it. Many complaints are based on miscommunication or a difference in expectations. In such a situation, ReSculpt Clinic would appreciate it if you would contact your practitioner so that he or she has the opportunity to resolve your dissatisfaction. Experience shows that a large proportion of complaints can be remedied in this way. A complaint or improvement suggestion can also be made known via the contact form.

Complaints Officer

Should you and your health care provider fail to reach a solution, you have the option of submitting your complaint to the complaints officer. A complaints officer is an independent professional mediator who can work with you and your healthcare provider to find a solution. When you submit a complaint, we strive to reach a solution within 6 weeks. ReSculpt Clinic is affiliated with the independent external complaints officer of KlachtConsult.

Disputes Committee

If you cannot work it out with the complaints officer and your healthcare provider, you can contact the disputes committee. This dispute committee is an independent organization that makes a ruling on the merits of a complaint. In certain cases, the disputes committee can award compensation.

Your healthcare provider has entered into an agreement with Stichting Geschillencommissie EZa for handling disputes. The disputes committee consists of a chairman (lawyer) and two members, one of whom has a medical background. When a dispute is filed, the causes of the complaint will be investigated. Depending on the nature of the dispute, the chairman determines how the committee will reach a decision.

Finally, keep in mind the following points:

  • ReSculpt Clinic values your satisfaction with the care provided. When you are open about your experiences, you help us achieve this goal.
  • When you work with a complaint officer to resolve your complaint, it does not mean that your right to file a dispute is waived.
  • Should you submit a dispute, you should allow for a period of 6 months for the arbitration committee to reach a decision. In that case, you will be requested to allow the disputes committee access to your medical records.
