The Morpheus8 is a new advanced device that combines micro needling with radiofrequency (RF) energy. This unique combination contracts the skin and stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin.

The Morpheus8 uses tiny needles that target the deeper layer of skin. As a result, the skin is strengthened. With this new technique we can apply skin improvement to both the face, neck and the rest of the body. Thus, the Morpheus 8 works differently than a microneedling pen.

Frequently asked questions - Microneedling skin improvement with Morpheus8

The Morpheus8 is a device that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. This combination ensures that during treatment, the production of new collagen and elastin is stimulated. Collagen and elastin tighten the skin. The connective tissue under the skin also contracts, resulting in tighter skin. The skin is naturally firmed and elasticized again, and all without cutting or surgery!

The Morpheus8 is a safe and effective treatment for improving skin texture. The radiofrequency allows us to perform the treatment in a controlled manner. Because small holes are introduced into the skin, scabs and bruises may appear after the microneedling treatment, but these usually disappear by themselves a week after the treatment.

The effect of microneedling treatment is permanent, but the natural aging process always continues. Collagen will decrease again over the years, which can cause the skin to sag again. To get ahead of the aging process, we recommend an annual treatment with the Morpheus8.

Prior to treatments, we recommend a no-obligation consultation, in which the number of treatments is also discussed.

Three treatments, at intervals of four to six weeks, are required for optimal results.

In general, microneedling is not painful. The Morpheus 8 uses small needles. Therefore, in areas where the skin is slightly thinner, the treatment may be more sensitive. The treatment is performed under local (tumescent) anesthesia if combined with a liposuction treatment and/or FaceTite, Necktite or BodyTite procedure. If anesthetic is used, a specially prepared numbing cream is applied half an hour before the procedure.

You recover quickly after microneedling treatment with the Morpheus8. Your skin will be somewhat red and warm for several days after the treatment. The skin will feel tighter than normal. We recommend not spending too much time in the sun or using a tanning bed for the first few days.
